Hi Mimisabou,
You have told that you didn’t feel like to answer with English, which that means, that you have had no courage to..I quite understand you, you have a major obstacle to overcome, at your work. But you should know, this is the most often the case: Many Moroccans are faced with this linguistic issue. No need to express your sympathies toward English. By the way, there is a face book group whose name is Moroccan Association of Friend of English and on another called Moroccans for English. You can make effort to pursue some discussions. About Oujda area, there is English Department group , you find Students communicating between them. And, finally, there are American Corner in Saoura library.
There is something I didn’t appreciate about many scholars, that is when people write dialect Arabic with Latin alphabets. Personally speaking, I don’t want do any effort to understand this way of writing, it is en fact sort of intellectual regression. Today we have Arabic keyboard every where. Forget this bad habit, left it just for those who fall in the trap of the facilities! Good man go ahead, and they walk backwards !

There is an Arabic keyboard, you can type directly on keyboard and a useful bilingual dictionary.
Another idea: To have some willpower to learn English, is the psychological side of thing, that is, you must consider that all people in the word learn this language sine their childhood period (7 -8 old). And, in this respect, theses lines of discussion is largely common among middle school pupils, regarding his linguistic level.
So, don’t be fear when you want to write.
One thing I forget again, you can easily use an English computer editor, as far as sleeping problem.

Some vocabularies I have used:
to mean : signifier; to overcome: surmenter; to face : faire face (prob.)
toward: envers.
By the way: à propos; area : région; way of : façon de; left: laisser
willpower: volenté; trap: piège; to walk backwards: marcher à reculons
