Our hero Balakrishna and his brother were captured by the baddies and they tied Balakrishna onto a chair…Those idiots didnt know that Balakrishna cannot be stopped by a simple chair…

Here is our hero’s brother…The baddies tied him up too and fixed a time-bomb across his stomach…The bomb looks more like a pack of sausage rolls..hihii..

Balakrishna sees some bullet shells lying on the floor…This means that the baddies had a gun…But they decided to use a time-bomb to give the ‘finishing touch’…This is what i call ‘Innovative Thinking’…

The shells triggered Balakrishna’s brain (if any) and suddenly he has an idea…He throws himself onto the floor and starts moving towards the bullet shells…

Now, lets hv a look at the time-bomb…The timer(presumably a pager covered in plastic) is ticking…See the weird buttons on the bomb??…The red button is the On-Off button!!…Now, this is the world’s first time-bomb with such a convenient on-off button…This is what i call a ‘User-friendly Time-bomb’…Very easy to handle…Can b used even by infants…

Coming back to our hero, he is struggling to reach the shells…Look at his _expression…Seems like he is desperate to use the toilet!!…

Finally, he manages to reach the shells…He picks up a shell with his mouth as if it is Kappalandi…The viewers have no idea what the hell he is up to…Read on…

He concentrates with the shell between his teeth…Look at the sweat on his face…Gives an impression of how hard he is concentrating…With all his strength, he spits the bullet shell towards the bomb…

Loo and behold!!..The shell flies like a bullet through the air…Credit goes to Balakrishna here…He has the ability to make a shell work like a bullet…He can be a good asset to the Indian army…The shell reaches the time-bomb and hits exactly the green button!!…The time-bomb gets switched off!!…Balakrishna saves himself and his brother!!…

Marjane s’implante au centre commercial de la station touristique Méditerrania Saïdia, la première station du plan “Azur ».

En effet, Marjane Holding et le Groupe Fadesa Maroc ouvriront un nouvel hypermarché sous le nom «Marjane Market», à Medina Center Saïdia, le centre commercial de la station touristique, qui ouvrira ses portes en juin 2009. « S’étendant sur 40 ha, Medina Center Saïdia est destiné à devenir la nouvelle destination shopping et de loisirs de la région de par la diversité de son offre en termes de commerces et de loisirs», selon les deux partenaires. Ainsi, fait-on savoir, la galerie marchande accueillera de nombreuses enseignes présentant une offre large et variée : alimentation, équipement de maisons, magasins spécialisés (sport, jouets, etc.), mode et accessoires, services, artisanat, restauration et loisirs. Ce centre accueillera également des magasins de petite taille.
«Medina Center Saïdia se caractérise par une architecture traditionnelle, un urbanisme chaleureux et une ambiance conviviale, semblable à une médina classique, avec ses portes, ses bâtiments typiques, ses palais, ses places, ses patios, ses terrasses…», fait-on valoir.

Pour garantir une gestion optimale à ce nouveau centre commercial, le GFM Maroc a opté pour une formule locative garantissant une animation en permanence du centre dont la gestion est assurée par City Center Developer.
Par ailleurs, il est à rappeler que la station Méditerrania Saïdia est bâtie sur un site de plus de 700 ha et comprend 9 hôtels de haut standing, un port de plaisance, trois golfs de 18 trous chacun, un centre commercial, une clinique, un héliport et un large registre de services. La station de Saïdia est aussi un projet résidentiel avec plus de 3000 résidences de différents types et de différentes architectures, avec un port de plaisance (Marina Saïdia) qui est réalisé sur une surface de 25 ha pouvant accueillir près de 1400 bateaux, devenant ainsi le 3e plus grand port de plaisance de la Méditerranée. L’offre hôtelière, d’une capacité de 17000 lits, ajoutée au plus de 40 ha dédiés à la zone commerciale, aux nombreux restaurants, aux centres thermal et médical de Saïdia une véritable référence pour le tourisme sur la Méditerranée.

En effet, cette station touristique est dotée de «Medina Center» qui occupe 43000 m2 pouvant accueillir 160 enseignes. Ce méga-projet est le premier du plan Azur, émanant d’une vision globale de l’industrie touristique pour le Royaume. Cette station, la première du genre, va permettre la création de plusieurs opportunités d’investissements et contribuer au développement économique, selon le ministère du Tourisme. Par ailleurs, il est à rappeler qu’un protocole d’accord a été signé en novembre dernier à Palma de Majorque en Espagne, dans lequel l’ensemble des partenaires impliqués dans la construction et la gestion de la station touristique de Saïdia se sont engagés à fournir les efforts nécessaires pour l’ouverture de cette station l’été prochain.
