D’abord merci d’avoir pris la peine de répondre.
Apparemment, tu sembles être le seul à t’interesser aux droit de la famille, de notre pays.

Ensuite, j’aimerais juste souligner un truc par rapport à ta réponse : ce sujet n’est pas forcément destiné aux spécialistes du domaine juridique. Nous sommes tous des administrés, et nous avons le droit de nous interroger, de débattre, de nous exprimer sur nos droits. J’ai toujours été farouchement contre les méthodes technocratiques. D’ailleurs, j’estime qu’en plus d’être un droit, il est de nôtre devoir de s’interroger sur nos droits. 😉

Concernant le rapport de la Moudawana avec la religion, l’essentiel à mon humble avis, c’est donner son opinion avec un maximum d’arguments pertinents et tout comme le sujet question/réponse, cela demande un maximum de vigilence dans la tenue des propos. PDT_Armataz_02_05

Dons à ton avis, la question de savoir si les dispositions de cette réforme ont réellement été appliquées ne se pose pas…
A mon avis, c’est d’abord à cette réponse qu’il faut répondre, et à en croire l’opinion publique (pas la communauté oujdinaute, puisqu’elle reste encore silencieuse sur la question.. 😳 ), ces dispositions ne seraient que symboliques et donc, non appliquées par le juge marocain.

Pour ce qui est du rapport avec les MRE, évidamment, la question se posent avant tout, aux gens qui en ont fait l’expérience, à savoir ceux qui, éventuellement, se sont vu appliquer ces dispositions, et leur point de vue à savoir si c’est plus favorable qu’avant à l’égard de la femme…

Bref, je veux bien croire que le sujet semble technique, mais avec de la volonté, on peut tous arriver à mener un débat extremement sur une question qui nous a touché, ou nous touchera un jour ou l’autre.

@ Moon : it’s more difficult to learn spanish than english. Because rules of conjugation are not the same…

In english you’ll say : I will be, you will be, he/she/it, we, you they…and there are no accents
Wereas in spanish you’ll say : estaré, estaràs, estarà, estaremos, estarais, estaran. And you have to emphasize each accent, wich is not easy at all.

That’s why english became the dominant language by replacing the other languages and its view of the world.

in the other hand ya! there english is soooo fluid and easy to speak but not easy to understund to people who they are not familliar with current american english… u knwo what i try to say… i’ll give an exemple:

====>american people say’s  » i gotta something to give » when they speak it they say’s « i gora soming to give » like thisand sooooo quickly!
====>british people say’s (same sentences) « i gote something to give » and they pronouce it like i’ve writing it… see… it’s more complicated than american english.. but more polite; u never never hear some english citezen talk in bad bad language or in other word what’s we called « street language »…

what ever! american english or british english is the same for me.. (bjouj kafrine bellah!
